This is a humble request to all who plan to take wanadoo / Orange ADSL+Telephone Connection. Never ever do that. It suck. You will have more headache than anything else.
Go for any other good ADSL providers in Netherlands. Never opt for Wanadoo or Orange. It will be a disaster.
You will never have a working Telephone at your home if you take their telephone.
Their technical support is from hell.
Their customer service is a disaster. Once you call them you will get connected to some fools who couldn't understand any thing. They cannot help you in any way. Each call costs 20 euro cents and you have to spend atleast 5 euro per call to tell them something. ANd dozzens of such calls per month. Now you can calculate how much you have to spend if you take their connection.
You have to call them every day for one month to solve any problem, Still they will not solve.
